Duties and Responsibilities: A neurosurgeon is a medical specialist who treats diseases and conditions affecting the nervous system, which includes the brain, the spine and spinal cord, and the peripheral nerves. 

Salary: Their annual salary is $395,00. 

Education: You need a bachelor's degree, attend medical school, pass the medical licensing exam, complete an internship, become state licensed.  

Demand for this profession: A neurosurgeon is a physician who specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system including congenital anomalies, trauma, tumors, vascular disorders, infections of the brain or spine, stroke, or degenerative diseases of the spine. 

 

Reflection: I wouldn't like to be one because you have to open their heads and see their brain which that will make me feel sick.
